How can someone say about somebody that he is stupid? I was wondering from what it depends! As far as i understood: if person who assert that someone is goosey means he is judged by if their views are similar, if no automatically it means that the person is silly or can seem that person is silly. The same with interests if they are not similar.
So, that means if someone would say that i am goosey it would be because my philosophy is not similar to that persons philosophy, every day thinking, priorities, hobbies, and word applications. If it is like that than i think half of world thinks that other half is goosey.
I think that i am pretty wise, even if i don't know who is director of Latvian welfare ministry or who is Kombuļu Inese.
My view is that: if there is something that i am not interested in i am not devoting my attention to it to know something a bit more about that. Why should i consume memory about things which i can not endure?
Ofcourse many of people thinks there is simple things which you just need to know. For example hymn of Latvia. But even for hymn many of latvians are mixing rows, but it doesnt change fact that they manage higher mathematics or they manage politics like alphabet - no one will tell them that they are stupid just because they are mixing sum hymn rows.
And it's only because people divides importance of knowledge.
Yard keeper manages knowledge about brooms - perfectly. He is wise about it, but if he would want to tell to deputy about it, deputy would think "what kind of idiot, who even cares about brooms?!" And it would not be matter if he really understand about what he is talking professionally or not, he is goosey just because yard keeper counts a low stratum but deputy is something prestige.
although i am thinking that people needs to be called smart if he knows at least something, like about their hobby, job etc. cause it is already something - he knows something about something.
philosophers are smart (count as smart) because they harangue about life like daily people doesn't. And it doesn't matter if your thoughts coincides or not, they still are smurt.
Does Stupid (goosey) person even exists?! I think - no. If someone is thinking that someone is goosey, maybe that person is goosey by himself couse he does not see further then ordinary stereotype.

1.bet tur jau ir tā doma, visi ir gudri, visi zina kaut ko, nav tāda cilvēka, kurš nezinātu neko, un kuru varētu saukt par stulbu.
